E-commerce deliveries like ours produce CO₂, which is why we have decided to support some cutting-edge companies that remove CO₂ from the air.

Together with many e-commerce companies that are joining this initiative we have…

• Removed thousands of tons of carbon from the atmosphere
• Provided the ability to be carbon-neutral to more than 10 million orders worldwide

Here's how it works: For every order we receive, a formula is used to calculate CO₂ emissions. Based on the result, a portion of our revenues is donated to some companies selected by Carbon Direct scientists). Thanks to these funds, companies remove equivalent CO₂ emissions from the atmosphere. If the funds exceed those actually needed to remove CO₂ they will be used to improve the removal technology .

Heirloom ' with its direct air capture technology activates the carbon mineralization process. This technology speeds up the natural absorption of CO₂ by the minerals, therefore choosing not to use fans and air turbines.
